A day in the forest(open...)

Reli(Pro. R-el-E) walks along in the dark underbrush of the forest, carefuly avoiding the rays of sunlight filtering through the trees.
His red eyes are searching for life, eagerly awaiting a foolish traveler, waiting and wandering, and waiting, and wandering.

((Hey, cool. I found a super-old forum. Lol. Now. Time for name-recyclingness of really old charries. >=) ))

It wasn't long before the "foolish traveler" made her way into the same portion of the forest as the red-eyed man. Feralaine Legato flipped and turned the shrewd map repeatedly, trying to figure out where exactly she was. She must've made a wrong turn... Whether the "wrong turn" was made way back at the edge of the forest, where she went from normal human street to woodland path, or when she veered off onto a trail so overgrown and hard to follow it may as well not be there... She hadn't a clue. Whatever the case, she wasn't about to thank her cousin any time soon for the poorly drawn map resting innocently in her hands. She came to a stop, finally, and began attempting to stretch her legs--a difficult task, in the small space the undergrowth gave her. While doing this, she spotted a figure--almost mistook it for a tree, even. "Hey!" She shouted, helplessly, at the man. Some smarter bone in her body insisted she turn and run. Now. That she not ask for help from the mysterious man--she'd seen enough news casts about psycho murderers to know better--but she ignored it. That same instinct had twanged and resisted when she accepted this map and its story, as well as at every turn she made... Why start listening to it now? "Hey! You over there! Where the hell am I??" She shouted, now stumbling through the underbrush toward him.

Reli views the traveler with contempt. "That's not very nice, now is it? Now tell me your name and lets see if I can guide you on your way." He smiles a devilish smile, charming and irresistible to humans. His teeth show, barely tipped with red, and he steps closer, not as cautious about the sunlight.

((hehehe. I haven't RPed in awhile, either. June was the first time in a year or more. And I haven't rped in a couple months because Ramen [pyra] and Kelsey won't ANSWER ANYTHING! Those bishes. xP And TWILIGHT? You traitor! Oh well. If this turns out anything like twilight, that'll make two twilight-like RPs I'm in right now. And both of them are here. FREAKY!!! o.O;;;;; ))

"Not nice??" She looked at the guy, confused. "All I did was ask where this place is. And imply that I need help getting back to the main road. So I can kill my cousin... And... Stuff." She rose a brow from its furrowed (a combination of confusion and irritation) position, and scrutinized the man. She couldn't help but be charmed a little by his smile--in her mind, a bit "adorable" (yes, she's weird!)--though it bothered her very much that any bit of this apparently rude person could reduce her new-found irritation. "Fine. I'll figure it out myself," Fera huffed, flipping around to return from whence she came. She couldn't even locate the overgrown path she'd come in on, though.. Not wanting to spend any more time in the irritating and creepy fellow's presence, she charged through the underbrush regardless--and in the wrong direction. "God! I always run into the RUDEST people. Just my luck. Hmph. And it's all Francis's fault. That a-sshole..." She continued to grumble as such as she moved on... Even though she was going at a slow pace of about ten feet per minute.
